The experience at Playland is built on a love for art & music. The individually designed rooms are complemented by the environment downstairs in the Playland Grill where local New York State beer/wine and innovative cocktails are prepared and served to motel guests, locals, and visitors.  Playland Motel is proud to announce our new menu for Summer 2015. We've handed the helm to Daniel Cipriani who created New York favorites, Lodge, Urban Rustic and The Cookout at Rockaway Beach Surf Club.  We will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with summer cocktails and ice cold beers 7 days a week. 

Playland Motel is ideal for those adults who want to go to the beach and hear good music, eat fresh & tasty food, drink delicious drinks, and most importantly, have a great time. Located right near the beach, and a few steps from the subway line which connects directly to JFK, Brooklyn & Manhattan, it is a very rare opportunity for a fun getaway.

The Playland motel is not for those looking for a relaxing & luxury stay in their hotel room watching TV (there are no TV's in guest rooms..), but you can relax downstairs in Playland Grill with friends and other guests, lounge with a drink, or stroll to the beach for a swim, surf or tan.

NO pets are permitted to stay in the rooms

Due to the fun nature of Playland Motel, during the summer months it is a loud environment, please be mindful of this when choosing to stay with us.
